…When it comes to lip balm, most people fall into one of two categories: those who believe the organic, all natural versions are worth $15+ price tags and those who still swear by their Bonnie Bell obsession from middle school. Hurraw! make it their mission to merge these two extremes. Their line of handmade lip balms has everything we love about the expensive brands -fair trade, raw and organic ingredients – along with the cheap price and awesome scents of our drugstore favorites…at $3.79 each it’s never been easier or cheaper to get the best of both worlds. – NYLON Magazine

Balm and put it through all the rigors. We source honest, fair trade, organic, vegan and raw ingredients from reputable suppliers and are thrilled to share the labors with other balm lovin’ individuals. Been reading really good reviews about hurraw lip blams. How does this fair to my HG Mentholatum Lip Ice Lip Balms? btw, have you tried that?

Hi Hollie, I’ve tried lip ice and well…it’s good but it didn’t compel me to feature it when they sent it to me years ago which says much. For those who like that menthol tingle I can understand why they like lip ice, I still think Lip Ice is a step up from Chapstick. I basically prefer Hurraw! because it’s organic, it’s smooth even though it’s a vegan product, it’s the size of Chapstick but with naturally nourishing ingredients and I love the selection of flavors and treatment concoctions. I like that it doesn’t contain petroleum products or mineral oil.

thanks for the reply ms Julia, that’s sounds interesting. The only reason why I fell in love with lip ice is, it’s the only lip balm that easily cured my lip allergy. I had an allergy with a lipstick that went bad last year. my lips were overly dry, itchy and grainy for almost two weeks. I had about 4 lip balms on hand at the time, maybelline baby lips, eos mint, vaseline lip care, and carmex but they did nothing to help with the allergy. That was when I decided to try lip ice, which showed results after using it for just 4 days. ^_^
